I had a package sent general delivery. When I arrived to retrieve it, they told me it was sent back because they "don't do general delivery." So my package was in the building and they returned it. Instead of being professional, decent people, they chose to NOT be helpful. They chose to provide an obstacle and not do their job. All with an attitude and demeanor of not giving two cents worth of concern.
I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received from the mail carrier and the customer service representative. My mail was missing for an entire week and when I called to find out why I wasn't recieving it the woman who works at the post office was extremely disrespectful when talking to me. Her tone of voice was rude and how she continued to talk to me like my issue didn't matter. And the man that routinely drops off our mail is blantantly rude if my husband or I are outside when delivering to my household before and after I had a problem. Nothing has been resolved to find out where my mail was and I never received an apology or answers. This has to be by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with.
The women within the the building itself are very rude when it comes to their mistakes!
